Hillary as the sec of state used her personal email, and received not one email that was classified in any way at the time she sent or received them.

Also, no one else in the govt knew she was using a personal server.

So, even if she told her personal staff to never send classified emails what about the rest of the govt?

Does she not have a security clearance to see said emails?

Right? i haven't followed this scandal due to constant "WOLF!!" cries from the right about damned near everything and anything that happens. I read an article the other day that pointed out how amazingly clean the Obama administration has been. Compare it with the scandals of the last few administrations. My gawd. Dumbya? Clinton? Reagan? He's faced more scrutiny than any other administration, literally with a national "news" network devoted to taking him out, legions of booger-eatin' wingnuts obsessing over his every move, and his defeat being the announced agenda of the United States Senate. They have nothing. Castles of piss and wind that have reduced to kooky conspiracies. Hell, even the facts surrounding his birth was contested.

That means I just don't second guess his fidelity to the law. If the FBI starts subpoenaing servers, then they are entitled to do their job and see where the evidence goes. The simplest solution is for her to follow the law and if she didn't, well... I'm not a conservative, I think the laws should be equally applied. More is expected of her, not less.

So I'l be interested to see if she really committed a crime and gets convicted, how Obama handles it. Think he'll take the
conservative chickenshit way out?

I was not sure if you or the others would defend her or not. I just have not personally read anything that you or Cup have ever posted being critical of her or Obama. Was just checking to see if this was going to be the same way.

I worked for a guy once that bankrupted 2 companies because of his piss poor management of money. Both times he said someone was embezzling money. Funny how no one was ever investigated.. I laugh because he must be the most unlucky person in the world for that to happen twice. (wink)
