F I'm 44 but my vitals are the same or better than when I was 20. (more aches and pains but, meh)
Write in that beats all: Lose my introvertedness.
I’m 44 and a recovering introvert.
Any pro tips to make the 44 yo body act like the 20 yo version?
Weirdly enough... I have CP so I walk around on fore arm crutches. I think the muscle spasticity, and all the extra work it takes to get around, is a built in exercise regimen. I eat pure crap yet stay trim and my numbers are good. Joints will start going to shit before too long though.
Tips on the recovering introvert part? (Actually making some strides there the last 5 or 6 months)
I do not eat that well and I am definitely not trim. 5’9”, 210 is getting past dad bod.
Keep chipping away at your comfort zone basically. If the CP affects your speech very much then any advice I have to give might not be so helpful. What’s helped me a lot is getting used to being in front of people. Over the years that has been speaking, teaching, acting, etc.
That doesn’t mean I’m good at those things. Doing them still produces some anxiety. But it gives confidence that in the end, if I’m not freaking out, everything will be fine.
I’m pretty satisfied with the size of my unit but it’s really my only option. Nothing else applies except the vitals. If we are talking pulse, o2, bp, cholesterol, then meh. If we are talking body fat and muscle tone? Then I’ll change my answer. Otherwise I’ve now got a 21 inch penis.

I call for immediate and perma ban with Roberto. All the good you have brought to the board is now null and void.
That would be like the biggest unit ever. 13.5 inches is the biggest on record. You know you have some curiosity in what a 21 inch unit looks like!
I hesitate to ask how you know this. That would be like the biggest unit ever. 13.5 inches is the biggest on record.
Just like Gundy, I googled it.I hesitate to ask how you know this.

Thank you for your honesty. Does she read this board?I chose "wife 2 points higher".
I think she looks good, but she is having a tough time dealing with aging and not looking 25 any more (that was almost 3 decades ago). If she is happy, I am usually happy. So, I figure that extra 2 points would go a long ways. The kicker was the "permanent" part of the option. That means when she's 75, she's going to feel even better about herself, and it will get better and better every year. I figure the benefits will end up growing exponentially.

You're in for a real treat when you hit 40, 45.You know. Being 36 I am probably being hit with more of the noticing age physically. I’m in good shape but the energy isn’t there like it used to be. I have said this a thousand times but I can definitely feel a midlife crisis coming on. After I turned 30 years old I blinked and 6 years went by. When you are in your 20s you have a lot of life possibilities floating around in your head but as you approach 40 you realize a lot of the possibilities are becoming limited either physically or professionally.

Actually I just meant "20 year old vital signs", not whole body but the poll is obviously just a measure of what people value so whatever is fine.
