Just read in Tyler news paper that James Washington was named the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose award as National Player of the Week.
The award is based upon integrity, performance, teamwork, sportsmanship, drive, tenacity, and community. The player must have either been born in Texas or played high-school, Junior college, or 4-year D1 football.
