I always thought that he was one warped, messed-up individual and I never had much doubt that he molested kids throughout his career. This is just that much more icing on the cake.

According to some other media outlets, this is from the prosecution's pre-trial disclosure file given to the defense. It appears that someone leaked it to the media recently. Wouldn't be too surprised if it was someone from the defense team.

What is weird to me is how no famous kids that hung around him have came out to claim he touched them or molested them. All of them claim he was this good guy with demons yes but that he never touched them. I personally think he had to be doing something to kids now if he just kept his hands off the famous ones then I guess that could explain it but the whole ordeal is odd.

I've thought about that in the past as well. My theory? He maintained a strict, by the rules "Friendship" with a group of famous kids so they could basically "alibi" for him at a later date.

So, down the road if he were charged, he could parade a plethora of well known kid stars who would swear up and down that he never did anything untoward to them. The kids who was diddling, by comparison were all unknowns and for whatever reason, their claims didn't convince a jury and I imagine that his character witnesses caused the juries to not take the victims stories at face value.

What better set-up? You handle yourself scrupulously around one group of people, so when you victimize members of a different group, you've created such a controversy that the public will take the word of the "famous" group over the victim.
