Ever notice how government pledges all of this money but never provides details or even what the end goal of the project is? How many miles of the electrical grid will be put underground? What should the American taxpayer expect and what do those results look like? Like most other government sending programs, especially Democrat spending, the administrative state will get most of the money while the tax payers get little to nothing.
