Out on his ass faster than Trump IMO...
Doesn't fit on the Democratic Plantation?
Certainly doesnt fit in Oregon. Pfffft.
Best post of the day!Yes the link is to dailykos but only because that's where the tweets are collected. Have to chuckle at Clarke once you pay attention to his toy medals.

I am sure when he wears those pins all the time and not just on his dress uniform.I hate this guy, but where has he ever claimed they were medals?

If only he was a often photographed public figure we wouldn't have to guess at it.As an elected official pandering for votes, he probably does.
I am not in the habit of closely examining the medals on someone's dress uniform to make sure they aren't pins from the Israeli traffic cop acadamy. The main thing here is you, I, and everyone else with an IQ over 80 clearly recognized these as pins not medals

dong with the zingerNo, your nerdy ass would rather break down pie charts and graphs and what not.

Do you care that this guy is putting pins on his uniform to mislead people about how many honors and awards he has received?Milwaukee Sheriff's Department dress uniform. Does it really matter what he puts on it?
Is he claiming that he's earned something he hasn't? Does this sheriff bother you Too?Do you care that this guy is putting pins on his uniform to mislead people about how many honors and awards he has received?
You don't see a difference in their pins?Is he claiming that he's earned something he hasn't? Does this sheriff bother you Too?
How about this one?
How about this one?
There are sheriffs and police chiefs across the country that look like Mexican generals. You can admit his uniform bothers you because he's blatantly conservative. I don't like him either, but the uniform crap really is just yapping at passing cars. You don't see a difference in their pins?
At least they earned the medals they are wearing. There are sheriffs and police chiefs across the country that look like Mexican generals. You can admit his uniform bothers you because he's blatantly conservative. I don't like him either, but the uniform crap really is just yapping at passing cars.
Again, does he claim he's earned something he hasn't? Has he pointed to each and told the public what they are? Do you know what they are? Did you ever really even think about his uniform before Charles Clymer's Twitter rant appeared on Daily Kos?At least they earned the medals they are wearing.
I don't like Clarke because of his record of torturing inmates, but the uniform thing is just a very succinct illustration of what a shithead he is.
Do you care that this guy is putting pins on his uniform to mislead people about how many honors and awards he has received?
That's the part that cracks me up. He's the most conservative Democrat I think I've ever seen.FYI, Clarke is a Democrat people.
Thats the difference between him and the pictures above. They earned medals. Clarke puts pins on his uniform in places traditionally reserved for earned medals.Again, does he claim he's earned something he hasn't? Has he pointed to each and told the public what they are?
Again, no. Traditionally, you could assume that when people wear medals on their dress uniform that they earned it, therefore you don't really have to think about it. Thats the whole point. Do I have to closely inspect the medals on every uniform now to make sure that people aren't blowing smoke up my ass?Do you know what they are? Did you ever really even think about his uniform before Charles Clymer's Twitter rant appeared on Daily Kos?
If you are able to find any citation that he claims what he wears on his uniform represents things he's earned, lemme know. I'd be interested in reading it. I see some organization pins, a small badge with a black band that says 9 11 (honoring the death of officers), some flag stuff, a black ribbon with a blue stripe (again honoring officers killed in the line of duty), and a pin that clearly says "ceasefire." Not really that strange to see that stuff on the dress uniform of the head of a department, as illustrated with the other pictures I posted. I've seen worse in person.Thats the difference between him and the pictures above. They earned medals. Clarke puts pins on his uniform in places traditionally reserved for earned medals.

It is implied by the uniform and where on the uniform they are. If you can find a picture of him wearing a Hawaiian shirt covered in pins let me know.If you are able to find any citation that he claims what he wears on his uniform represents things he's earned, lemme know.
That's true of the military...It is implied by the uniform and where on the uniform they are.
Which is convenient for shithead sheriffs whose uniform looks like it was copied directly from the militaryThat's true of the military...
You know what would really contribute to the spectacle of cerebral horsepower in this thread?
A hot take by @GL97
This dude has quite a few pins that appear to not be earned medals. Who is he trying to fool? Pocket flaps are covered!Which is convenient for shithead sheriffs whose uniform looks like it was copied directly from the military
