Because she is obviously as innocent as a newborn baby. The slings and arrows that poor woman has suffered throughout her life is positively Shakespearean. I predict they’ll erect statues of her in front of every federal building in the land once she’s shaken her mortal coil. I can think of no human in American history that will be more deserving.
