It was supposed to generate money to study gun violence AND help reduce gun violence. This has been one popular idea of the "common sense gun reforms" the left likes to champion.

Well, common sense has actually been winning so far. Hahahahahaha

As with all leftist dogma, gun control isn't about what it's sold to be. They don't care that by any metric, it's always a failure.

The only people hurt by this are the law abiding ones. Those perpetrating the crimes rarely go to gun stores to purchase their guns/ammo.

These nice fellows would have waited patiently for police officers to arrive and whisk them away if the homeowner asked nicely. The only thing guns in the home are good for is getting your family killed.
