Before Obama I had no guns, when it looked like heavy gun control was coming I started buying guns, I own I believe 9 today. I just did not want the bad guys to only have them and I did not like the government limiting what I could own. The bad guys will always have them, knowing that how could you not sprint out to buy one, or 2, or 3, etc. Loaded up on ammo as well, really well.

Obama was the best thing to ever happen for gun sales, I know a bunch of people that bought guns for the first time. His policies put more guns in circulation than ever before because of the fear of not being able to own the same weapons the thugs have. It got so bad that H & H gun shelves in OKC were almost empty, and they are a huge store, I believe the highest or second highest seller of guns out of a single store in the country.

We are one armed nation today and more good guys have them than ever before.

I'm actually worried about gun sellers. It may be the only industry in America to take a hit AO.

All I know is that in the professional and circle of friends I know what started as a gun purchase ended up being hobby. We all joined the range, took lessons, got our conceal to carry, gravitated to some good shooters to practice, became proficient in cleaning, handling the gun, safety. One couple now shoots competitively. We started going to the range as couples like some couples bowl. Still go to the range but not near as much as I use to. Recently took up skeet shooting, that is a blast. Like the fact I have petite wife who is a good shot, took me awhile to get better than her. :)

H&H shelves are always almost empty. You have to buy the last one in existence now! or you'll never own one!

They pale in comparison to a business like Sooner State Pawn/OKC Guns in sales volume. They value per piece profit over volume profit and that limits them overall in sales volume. But they have a very popular gun range and sell tons of overpriced ammo. They do have an established name and have plenty of overpriced guns to keep their customers happy.

Yes, but they literally were out of stock on massive level at one time, made front page news in The Oklahoman.

I have purchased 2 of my 9 from H & H, I believe one gun I bought was from Sooner State, got a really good price.
