Rutgers is the 2nd team the Pokes will face in their 2 day weekend.

125: Nick Suriano JR - It seemed like a sure thing at one point that Suriano would bump up to 133. Now nobody really knows, but Flo has him at 125 so that's where I'll put him. After transferring from Penn State, Suriano went 25-1 and finished as the National runner-up. No matter which weight Nick goes he'll have to contend with the defending National champ.

133: Zach Firestone RSSO - The Scarlet Knights lose all-American Scott Delvecchio at this weight and it looks like Firestone will be the guy If Suriano stays down Firestone went 19-4 during redshirt last year.

141: Mike Van Brill RSSO - Van Brill went 14-14 and did not qualify for Nationals.

149: Anthony Ashnault RSSR - Ashnault missed last season due to injuries but was granted a sixth year. Ashnault is a 3x all-American taking 8th, 4th, and 6th respectively. Ashnault will look to be Rutgers' first 4x time all American and has a chance to be their first ever national champion.

157: John Van Brill RSSR - Van Brill went 22-14 and qualified for Nationals going 2-2 and finished in the round of 12. Van Brill had wins over Alex Klucker (Lock Haven) and Kennedy Monday (North Carolina).

165: Stephan Glasgow FR - Glasgow spent the year at a prep school instead of redshirting. Glasgow was a highly ranked recruit and a 2 time New Jersey state champ.

174: Joe Grello RSSO - Grello went 14-10 and did not qualify for Nationals.

184: Nick Gravina RSSR - Gravina was granted a sixth year. Gravina went 19-7 last season and qualified for Nationals where he went 2-2 with wins over Christian LaFragola (Brown) and Joe Heyob (Penn).

197: Matt Correnti RSSO - Correnti took a redshirt last year and went 15-6 and had a win over Trent Hillger (Wisconsin). Correnti started as a true freshman and qualified for Nationals where he went 0-2.

HWT: Christian Colucci RSJR - Colucci transferred to New Brunswick from Lehigh where he went 7-2 as a backup.

Interesting schedule for the first half of January...3 straight back-to-backs on the road. Scuffle 1/1-2, Princeton/Rutgers 1/12-13, and WVU/Pitt 1/18-19.
