This may be the funniest news article I have ever read:
First off, no shit that the R's are saying the word "inflation" more than D's. D's want it to go away to have a chance in the mid-terms. I remember hearing so much during Trump's time about "we are bound to have a recession soon," and "a recession is imminent," or some variation of that throughout his term. Funny, I never read an article about the dangers of the D's saying "recession" as making it happen.
I know there are real journalists out there, and I keep saying this, but they need to take control of their profession for there to be any credibility in "news."
Republicans are literally saying the word 'inflation' at six times the rate of Democrats ahead of midterm elections
Inflation got high for years in the 1970s and '80s because inflation expectations were "unanchored," historians think. One way the anchor gets loose is when people keep talking about how bad inflation is.
