I thought we actually got more of the 50-50 calls for the first time ever.
2 tip balls out of bounds obviously out on OSU but we got the ball. Nash stepping on the base line twice by my count after grabbing rebounds right in front of the refs and they never called it. There were definitely some phantom calls on the horns which I understand since the Pokes were the aggressors.
Also I can totally see if that game was in Norman, ISU, Missouri, or Kansas that the Dunk by LaBryan Nash would have been a charge. I don't think it was at all. If anything it was a block. But I can definitely see where on the road at the places named that could have been a way to screw us.
I thought it was a fairly contested game. I was also surprised that the commentators were pretty unbiased (for being on the LHN.) I figured it would be like the Thunder broadcast. Yes self promoting ads were terrible, what did you expect though. But all in all the announcer's did a pretty good job IMO. When there was a questionable call they said so. When there was good play they said so.
The officials didn't do anything to get tx back in the game. It was us running clock instead of an offense. Nash missing 2 point blank buckets. Forte trying to do too much and create a shot. Missing freebies.
