gonna be a lot of #winning to summarize this weekend... damn WH gotta be a tough place to be right now
Had not heard the O angle...Damn....some reports are saying Oprah brought him down by giving abuse allegation tape to the Senate.
The cultural war IS ON between Hollywood and the Trump Administration.....and Oprah is Robert E. Lee or General Grant.
One or the other....I'm not sure which.
Puzder was public enemy #1 because he's a nightmare for anyone wanting to raise the minimum wage. He's a bottom tier pick in my opinion because I'd like to see someone highly successful from the manufacturing segment, so not that sad to see him go.
Its sad. When the two Obama nominees who got dumped (due to tax issues), the message was: Hooray - 2 corrupt politicians who don't think the rules apply to them got knocked down. Today, the message is Hooray - We scored a point against Trump. Nice to see the REAL priorities of the democratic party.

Not sure if its fake news, but his ex-wife has retracted all of those statements made regarding abuse, etc... She stated that they were made under the direction of prior counsel during a nasty divorce settlement.
In reality, I don't care if he got the nod or not. And if Dems can honestly say that the reason they are against him is because of these 'allegations' then so be it. But I've read 3 articles on this and all said the same thing: This is another blow to Trump. No its not. It simply delays the inevitable. Just like the failed nominations of Tom Daschle, Bill Richardson and Judd Gregg weren't a blow to Obama.
Just between you and me, I'm cutting our board left-wingers a little bit of slack these days. Their cause just got its ass handed to it in November and sometimes facing rejection is a tough thing. We are nice guys if we allow them to go through their petty bitching phase. Not sure if its fake news, but his ex-wife has retracted all of those statements made regarding abuse, etc...
