I’ve actually changed my point of view on this. They don’t need to be regulated. They’ve already begun operating in the open as publishers. I say let them be that and suffer the consequences.

I agree. Let them do as they want but as publicly traded companies, they should have to disclose such actions as a risk as defined by the SEC towards company market cap.

As should the publicly traded parents of of Fox, MSNBC, etc.
