Yes it is the individual that makes each decision from him/herself but when that person has been told from the day they were born they can not compete, they can not get a good education, the cops are hunting them like animals, not smart enough to find the DMV to get an ID and all the other victimhood narratives the Democrats have used for decades, a large percentage of people start to believe they can never have a life equal to others.
