I still can't believe it. Young people don't really know the presence and popularity of this man through the 80's and 90's. My grandpa was an old farmer (born in 1910) and bulldozer driver. For some reason he paid for a subscription to the enquirer. He used to say he got his news two weeks before everyone else. Anyway I pretty much grew up at my grandparents house so I too read the enquirer and knew of trump through that media and through watching Oprah and entertainment tonight (no cable). I still am amazed he is our president and watching him announce Supreme Court judges and travel to receive the remains of the fallen soldier from the Yemen raid. It's just very weird to me.
I am rooting for the son of a bitch I just hope he keeps it together and becomes his own version of "presidential" sooner rather than later. He represents us (the right) and we want to win arguments and be on the right side of history with our vote.
