Another big B12 series for the ‘Boys. Cincy comes in fresh off a sweep of TCU with a ranking of 69 in the RPI. They are also tied with the Pokes for third in the conference (along with KSU and UT) so important in the standings as well. Looking at the team stats, the offenses are about the same and we have the edge in pitching. Course stats don’t win games - it’ll be about matchups, timely hitting etc. Cincy will throw a lefty tonight - he’s their best with a 1.78 ERA and 29K’s in 30 IP. Their other two are RHP’s with average ERA’s. We’ll need the pups to show up and the leaders to continue to do well. Game at 6:00 on ESPN Plus.
