Not many, lots of chains.
I strongly suggest Crystal Park Cantina in Manitou Springs for decent Mexican food. Some of the better restaurants in town are at the Broadmoor. The Tavern is good for kids and families.

Theres an Italian place in old Colorado city, i forget the name but its on the main street in old town. Black Bear cafe is good. Theres a Japanese steak house that looks like a dump on the outside but is amazing. Supposedly some famous place lots of celebs go to. Theres a foo foo lunch place downtown called the olive branch or something like that.
