Not surprising at all. Being a Democrat doesn't equate to not being racist. Being a progressive or liberal doesn't equate to not being racist either. You're either racist or you aren't. Racism is something that can be affiliated with any political party, religion, school, etc because it is an individual belief. Anybody that thinks Republicans have some kind of monopoly or support racism as part of the party platform are just f*cking idiots.
The entire poll is worthless because the youth of today get passed on in school without learning a damn thing.
You can't give your opinion on historical events if you have no idea what they are asking about.

That's what they do. Ignore the racist past of the Democratic Party and instead blame everyone else for racism.
I find the poll interesting but disagreeing with Lincoln's emancipation proclamation = racist. Absurd, completely and utterly absurd.

I personally would never tell someone who they should vote for it is unAmerican for one and I have never looked at someone for their skin color so I am not the right person to answer this. I think both parties are at fault in this area at times though if you want real answer.
