Over a year into the tax on soda, and, shocking, it’s done nothing but tax the poorest of residents. I’m all for trying to get people change bad habits, as that will effect healthcare as much as anything, but taxing that away is not the answer.

don’t get me started on soda SNAP and obamacare, but go ahead and tax that crap to the hilt, but the money gets earmarked to combat childhood obesity and diabetes
