Duh, he wouldn't of had any guns.
Everyone knows with strict background checks and banning people on watch lists who haven't been charged or convicted of anything from buying guns people can't become terrorists and Chicago would be violence free. Not to mention the epidemic of domestic right wing terrorists would be stopped.

That city is a mess. I'm assuming the violence is mostly occurring in certain neighborhoods, but it's still bad enough that I won't even consider going to that war zone for training conferences anymore.

Bringing up Chicago shootings is racist talk. At least, that's what I've been told by liberal lawyers.
The Chicago problem is obvious. It's guns and not the people who use them. A complete nationwide firearm ban and voluntary surrender of all firearms is the only way to solve Chicago. Those gangs will turn their guns in and would never ever seek to acquire firearms outside of the law like they do the dope they peddle because, you know, guns.
I read an article the other day and the chief of police from Chicago was quoted as saying there were way too many guns. He said that if the thugs were just throwing rocks there wouldn't be a problem.
