While the attitude is a huge concern, I'm not sure the military having different position on abortion is totally wrong. It is my understanding that military bases are subject to federal laws not state laws. Meaning a woman could have an abortion on the federal base if federal law allowed it. My bigger concern is the left wing kook running the military.

If you commit a murder on a military base, you are still charged by the state. Now if you kill a federal employee, you will also get federal charges, but state charges by precedent, can be applied to crimes committed on a military establishment.
