I think you are being unfair to @aliabedi. In my memory there has been no point in which he claimed Pakistan is morally superior to America. He has chided America for its faults as he sees them, nothing more. Furthermore he has given no indication that he believes anyone should be murdered for uttering a perceived slight of his prophet. You have taken his comments personally, and I do not believe that has been his intention.
