Beer daily. When you think you've had enough, drink more. If remembered how much you drank the day before, you didn't drink enough.
Food. More than you can eat. Lots of it. After you've eaten that much, eat more. Anything that resembles a vegetable must be avoided.
Exercise. None of it.
Cardiologist. Post cycle.
If you don't get blubbered in 8 weeks on this plan, you are probably going to fail at anything else you try in life. In case of failure, seek the nearest railroad tracks and wait patiently. Your time to shine is just down the tracks.
