You can't stop it.

Anything from the Senate is gonna look wildly different than the House bill.

And then inter-legislative House drama gets going and.....

Obamacare remains wholly intact.

I'm not sure that the rate increases will get people marching. However, the fact that some areas of the country may have no available providers might.
