One believes what they are convinced is believable. I'm going to call BS though, I read through the thread & there appears to be some discrepancies in their location & date of transaction
Whistle blowers last name doesn't happen to be Putin is it? On a serious level, & because of the microscope they are under, I seriously doubt this is true as did a number, of people, in the comments thread on X, because if it were true the R's would be plastering this everywhere.
