Our Beloved School Honoring Lost Soldiers

Back when I used to help recruit students, there was a statistic floating around about OSU having produced more majors and generals than any other school other than the service academies.

Does anyone remember the exact wording of the stat?

Very cool.

In our Rotary meeting today the program was about all the soldiers from Washington county who died in combat who's body was never recovered. It was crazy to hear the personal stories of the Bartlesville and Dewey boys who died in the Army air corpse or in the Bataan death march or or ships in the pacific.

No idea, but I sure would love to look through that list myself! Be interesting to see where they all went to school, etc.
