I got shingles vax II today. My arm is mega sore. But! My itching from shingles is barely perceptible. It's worth the trade. Chest pain is 0.01. Purple skin from shingles is barely perceptible. Itching is returning a bit as the hours go by.

My last 5 Saturday weights are 196.2, 196.4, 195.4, 194.2 and today 193.4.

Have you considered that you may not be getting enough calories? I was on a weight loss trend awhile back, but up'ed my calorie and protein intake using GNC weight gainer to where it should be, and my weight is back to normal.

I weighed 187 forever no matter how I ate. May, 2003 colon cancer saw me quickly balloon to 218. After a couple years I went to 210 with a low carb diet. March, 28, 2021 saw Moderna stab II. 4 days later began weight loss, chest pain and fatigue.

I got stable around 200 but weight loss cranked up again. I weighed 209.2 at Moderna stab II.
