STILLWATER — Oklahoma State is undefeated heading into its bye week.

The 18th-ranked Cowboys held off No. 24 Baylor 24-14 late Saturday night inside Boone Pickens Stadium to move to 5-0 on the season, a first for the Cowboys since 2015.

Here is a look at the win through the numbers:

37: Carries by OSU running back Jaylen Warren, a career high. Dezmond Jackson rushed 36 times last season against Texas Tech. Warren finished with 128 yards and two touchdowns.

3: Interceptions thrown by OSU quarterback Spencer Sanders, who had not thrown a pick in the past two games. That matched a streak dating back to the first two games of the 2019 season.

108: Receiving yards for OSU star Tay Martin, his third game with 100 or more yards this season.

6: Rushing yards for Baylor in the first half. The Bears were slow out of the gate, rushing for minus-1 yard in the opening quarter. They had just 23 rushing yards until Abram Smith’s 55-yard touchdown run on fourth-and-2 in the third quarter. Baylor finished with 107 rushing yards.

3-15: Third-down conversions for Baylor against the Cowboys’ defense, which did not allow a first down on that down until the third quarter.

0: Points scored by OSU in the third quarter, a streak of five straight games to open the season without a tally on the scoreboard in the third.

3: Points for OSU kicker Tanner Brown on a field goal to open the fourth quarter, OSU’s first points in the second half since playing Tulsa in Week 2.

1: Pass breakup for OSU defensive tackle Brendon Evers, the second of his career and first since 2019 against Baylor. Evers’ breakup on Saturday came on a fourth-down pass in the fourth quarter.

2011: The year celebrated by the Cowboys throughout the night, a team that won the Big 12 title and the Fiesta Bowl. Several players from the team reunited, including quarterback Brandon Weeden and Justin Blackmon. The two connected for a touchdown at the end of the half-time celebration.
