Liberals are fascists.
It started happening before that, but this is something I will absolutely agree with you on for a change. There's nothing "liberal" about the post-2010 left.

#DressCode right @CBradSmith ?
Does snow have white privilege? But since it was Oregon, the odds are about eleventy billion to 1 that the offended was white as snow.
Between 2005-2007, when Democrats figured out they could demonize the Republican Party for the Secure Fence Act of 2006 and create Latino "victims" by doing it. The 2006 midterms highlighted the results. The Latino turnout was very high, very Democratic, and helped the Democrats take the majority in both chambers. When do you think progressives really started transforming?
There's nothing "liberal" about the post-2010 left.
I've posted this clip before, but a person can't truly grasp the mentality the of the modern left --- without knowing about the Frankfurt School, critical theory and cultural Marxism. They completely transformed America's culture (key word) in less than 50 years.
If any of you haven't seen this clip, you gotta watch -- it's only 5 minutes.
If someone would told me about cultural Marxism and the Frankfurt School about seven years ago I would’ve told them that they were nuts, to take off the antennas, to start taking Risperdal etc.... Then I lived and worked in NYC for a few years and worked with real Marxists. NYC is the epicenter of this stuff. One of my colleagues there was involved in efforts to overthrow the government in the 60s and was investigated by the FBI as a result of it. Cultural Marxism is very real and it explains every single “progressive”/liberal policy position to a tee. Your rank-and-file “progressives” genuinely believe in the cause and the stupid, bizarro theories such as “white privilege” or “oppression” but they have no idea that they are being played for fools by the puppet masters. And if the puppet masters ever got the total power that they crave (complete control of the executive branch, the judicial branch and Congress along with mass gun confiscation) they would unleash mass carnage on the “oppressive” majority here.
From your first hand experience, what environment allowed for this nonsense to fester and grow within the people you interacted with?
She was very open about her dislike of white Christians.
My colleague grew up a young radical and from her comments a lot of people in her social/ethnic group felt the same way growing up in the 60s. She was very open about her dislike of white Christians.
This made me laughGood for her not buying into the bullsh!t

I lived in very progressive cities for most of the last two decades. The transgender push is new (last five years or so -- I don't recall ever hearing about it being pushed in normal social circles, the attitude towards that stuff was "live and let live") -- and promoting this stuff to children is very new.
Something that helped make an easy decision for my wife and I to GTFO out of our progressive city, was the recent introduction (last two years) of gender neutral bathrooms in trendy restaurants.
It wasn’t everywhere, but a lot of new restaurants in hip and gentrifying districts had them — and these were not cheap restaurants ($100+ for two people type meals).
Something my wife commented on re gender neutral bathrooms, was “piss on the toilet seats” (not cool to deal with on romantic date night at an expensive restaurant — this isn’t a night club) and the communal hand washing areas.
Some of these restaurants had communal sinks for hand washing (outside of the single person toilets). These were weird, and could become a safety risk for women at night as some were not well lit.
If a woman has her hands in the sink, washing them, next to strange men (who have been drinking) — she’s pretty vulnerable.
This is some emerging culture shit I experienced over the last five years — no one is going to like the gender neutral bathrooms. Especially women (though we know what would happen if they complain publicly!).
But yet you suck off the Muslims on the regular. Such a good little useful idiot.Good for her not buying into the bullsh!t
