• Chicago and Houston have much higher violent crime rates than the US overall.
• Chicago votes significantly more with the Dims than Houston - hmmm well there doesn't seem to be a correlation there.
• Chicago has a higher rate of self declared religious belief than Houston - maybe that is part the equation, probably worth discussing. Interesting that Chicago is more religious than the US overall. I was surprised to see just how under the US average Houston is in religious belief.
• Houston has a higher divorce rate - the nuclear family is under attack in Texas. But if you look at the US overall - both these cities have lower divorce rates than the US overall.

I have been looking for some data on rates of illegal gun use - only data is a decade old and it doesn't break down by state, let alone city. If you decide to nut up and have a fact based conversation, I am right here waiting.
