One and dones: Can it work at a non-blue blood (like OSU)?

Kentucky and Duke have effectively marketed their programs as destinations for “one and done” type talents. Yet when we see a kid in that stratosphere go to a non-blue blood high major (think Simmons at LSU, Fultz at Washington, or Young at 0u), the results are often more mixed.

Given that OSU is potentially in the mix for some of these guys under HCMB, what makes us think OSU can handle it better?

Obviously this is a good problem to have, but I’m curious as to what you think OSU would need to do in order to make such an arrangement effective (where other non-blue bloods may have underachieved).
