I hope the leadership at OSU moves aggressively to take maximum advantage of this golden opportunity. Yes there will be short term opportunities with recruits but more broadly this is an opportunity to elevate the athletic department long term. Revisit the strategic plan and create a more aggressive vision for the future that encompasses all aspects of the athletic department. Then go to exiting and new donors, alumni and all other partners and ask for their help in realizing the new vision.
