Keith is calling out some of his media adversaries, he really hates the Barstool boys, for rhetoric that was echoed/amplified and ultimately appears to have shaped the parenting of the shooter's mother. He does so by quote tweeting a tribute they wrote to a kid that was quite heroic.
So Keith is calling out one of the parents of the Michigan shooter. At the same time, he is calling out the inconsistency of the Barstool boys.
