Oklahoma State, Big 12 surge in latest AP Poll following overtime win over Arkansas

OSU Sports WriterDespite winning an uneven double-overtime game against Arkansas on Saturday, Oklahoma State continued to move up the AP Poll, rising three spots to No. 13.
For the first time this season, the Cowboys are ahead of the Sooners who remained at No. 15 after a nailbiter with Houston.
Oklahoma State faces No. 12 Utah in two weeks with a trip to No. 14 Kansas State to follow.
The Cowboys do not play any other teams currently ranked.
The Big 12 is also represented by No. 20 Arizona and No. 21 Iowa State.
The conference continues to hold a significant edge over the ACC, which is represented in the poll by No. 10 Miami, No. 19 Louisville, No. 22 Clemson and No. 24 Boston College.
It is also worth noting that Notre Dame dropped 13 spots down to 18th after losing to Northern Illinois which entered the poll at No. 25.
