wow all of them failed.....thought for sure the 5% set aside for future hard times would have passed.
SQ 794, the victim's rights measure, PASSED, and by a wide margin, 78-22.
I voted against it
The reasoning behind this I have to hear.
Well of course a convicted sex offender would have that stance. You'd love to get off the state registration data base.Victims already had rights under the state constitution. I don’t believe they should be influencing parole hearings.

If I were you I'd not want my victim testifying against me at my parole hearing either.
I voted against it
Is that a threat of physical violence against me? Or are you saying you'd molest me too? You'd have to get me unconscious first, right?“Convicted”

Chickenshit gonna chickenshit lol. Still wouldn’t say it to my face haha

I about spit out my sanka on this one
Just seeking clarification.
How about in-person clarification? Or are you still a chickenshit pussy safe behind your keyboard lol. I’m betting on status quo for ya
If you’re looking for explanation of why you don’t think I “act human” on this board, you’ve got your answers.

Honestly you can’t dig a hole in the mud with your hands and wonder why you are dirty.
I don’t know what your plan is with everyone else, but if you quote me in goid faith I will answer in good faith.
I honestly thought you were being funny and a little self deprecating at first.
I voted against it also. The reasoning is that we already have legislation that does these things. There was no reason that this needed to be constitutional. Also, being a constitutional amendment makes it harder to change if there are unforeseen consequences. The reasoning behind this I have to hear.
I've no problem meeting you in person or telling this to you live. With that being said, are you saying that your reply will be physical? That's not a concern of mine. But I would like to know. How about in-person clarification? Or are you still a chickenshit pussy safe behind your keyboard lol. I’m betting on status quo for ya
I’m serious...if the chickenshit can’t come out from behind his keyboard and say it to my face, which he once claimed he “happily would”, he’s a chickenshit pussy and will be forever known as one by everybody.
***desperate...needs homophobia and mental illness attacks meme***
Do better Alf
So... back to the state questions:
I am surprised by most of the results as well.
I voted no for all of them. I’m also surprised Oklahomans didn’t choose profits over people (Walmart)
We were just about opposite. I voted 'no' on the optometrists but it was mostly due to the fact that they wanted to make the change to the state constitution to do it.
I liked the school question as it seemed like it would put more power on the spending closer to the people whose kids are actually in that school district.
Regarding the oil/gas tax investments, I like savings accounts and felt like this would have been a good one to have.
SQ 794, the victim's rights measure, PASSED, and by a wide margin, 78-22.
We already have an oil-gas GPT savings fund
