O'Keefe Strikes Again-Undercover Video Shows NH Election Officials Allowing Out-Of-State Voters

Every other sentence out of George Stephanopoulos's mouth this morning about voter fraud was "but you have no proof".

Stephen Miller from the White House was giving the Sunday morning talking heads both barrels. He's a bright guy, needs to be out front more often.

Why haven't the new Republican Administration or GOP led Congress not already started this investment? We need answers!

The head of the California state legislature says half of his family are illegal immigrants and they all have stolen/fake IDs.......I guarantee you that they are voting

and the dead ones twice.

It is amazing to me that people don't think voter fraud is widespread.

It amazes me that people asking for proof are interpreted as not thinking it exists. Logically it is incumbent upon asserting the existence of something to actually provide proof of it's existence. If it is as widespread as 3-5 million votes (present administrations claims), it should be fairly easy to discover, disclose, and prosecute.

Widespread voter fraud is a myth until it is proven to exist.

Is there some degree of voter fraud? Of course. Every system is beatable if you put your mind to it.

But for the President to claim that he lost the popular vote due to voter fraud is patently ridiculous. If you do believe in widespread voter fraud, then you must believe that the system, that is in place to prevent it, absolutely sucks. If so, then it only makes sense that the voter fraud goes both ways, unless you think only Democrats are dishonest fraudsters and Republicans are all aboveboard and honest. The idea that fraud swung the popular vote 3-5 million in 1 direction makes absolutely no sense.

And to claim that busloads of voters were driven across NH state lines to turn the state against Trump also is ridiculous unless he has actual proof. Just think about red tape that would go into making that happen. You would need to identify citizens of NH who were not going to vote. You would then need to track down individuals willing to pose as those voters, without the story getting out to a member of the opposing party or an honest civilian who would blow the whistle. You would then need to make fake IDs for all of the fake voters you are bussing in to NH. You would then need all people involved in the plot to not tell the authorities or tell a friend/family member who goes to the press/authorities. The claim is ridiculous.

Per the state website, New Hampshire is a state in which you can register to vote on the same day as the election. No mention that ID is required.

What would it say about America in the eyes of the rest of the world if we couldn't run fair elections?

My other question would be when and why did election fraud end? Historically, there's tons of evidence that elections were rigged.

Here is the way I look at it.....

The problem s that the penalties due voting fraud are in many cases very light. This of course means that for those so inclined you might as well try it cause it probably won't hurt much of you are caught. Imo it should be a felony with severe punishment.

It should be investigated and safeguards put it place to prevent fraud and this should be revisited periodically to ensure that it is not re occurring.

I don't really care how much it costs to fix every time it happens someone who is a legitimate voter has had their rights taken away. This would be either by not getting to vote or more likely by having thier vote cancelled out by an illegitimate vote!

I don't know why the republicans don't have a CNN debate about black people being too stupid to find the DMV to get an Id to vote with.

I would welcome a big stage to simply state black people are just as capable as white people to find their way to the DMV and then have someone like Elizabeth warren argue the counter point.

This is kind of the root of the issue though. Who wants to know the truth? Doesn't sound like anybody really.

Why worry about discovering, disclosing, and prosecuting it when it's so easy to prevent it instead?

I like the way you think.

There is a video... One of the man on the street ones..... Where a guy goes to harlem and is asking folks if they had an I'd and if they new where the closest office is get one

Thier reaction is great
... Ali of them said yes I have an ID you can't do anything without one... And all of them told where the nearest office was to get an ID. You could tell that they all thought it was a stupid ass set of questions

What makes you think an investigation is not underway? It's not like the initiation of a criminal investigation is something that is subject to routine public announcements. If an investigation has started, we likely aren't going to know it until people start getting indicted, right?

New Hampshire would be an easy target for voter fraud. Just show up with no ID, give a fake name, make up an address, cast your ballot, and repeat the procedure in the next precinct. I wonder how many other states are that easy.

Help me understand this mentality. Why would any US citizen ever want people to remain silent on holding fair elections?

I think the point is that he has repeatedly doubled down on claims that over 3 million illegal votes cost him the popular vote, and that busloads of people were transported to NH to prevent him from winning that state.

I don't think it is outrageous to ask that he either show us some evidence that either claim is true, or stop making the claims.

I suspect that the overwhelming majority of US citizens would welcome some type of investigation into both claims so we could know one way or another, but if no investigation is going to take place, stop making claims that (so far) are accompanied by zero evidence.

I probably dislike Trump more than anyone else on this board, including Sys and CowboyUp, but why does he have to quit saying anything?

Saying crap they can't prove is what politicians do. But fair elections is an admirable cause to embellish about and it's definitely possible to ensure more fair elections in the future regardless of what you can or can't prove happened in the past. How can anyone be against that?

Personally sick and tired of the empty claims intended to justify a loss. The Dems howl voter suppression- Trump whines voter fraud. Sick of both. Both can be proven with data - do it or stop complaining.

Hard to prove anything when your vote cast at the polling station is anonymous. What you are asking for isn't realistic.
