Why do we care? If Putin wanted to start a revolt by changing their form of government to a monarchy and calling himself a czar, why is that our business? If Putin did this, would you want us to stay out of it (as Putin's pawn Donald Trump would likely do) or send troops marching into Moscow to overthrow the dictator and save modern civilization?
