Oh boy, we got tapes

Doesn’t that violate story client privilege if he releases those to any 3rd parties? My guy tells me it’s not much, if anything since this is just now being reported.

Some help here for the lawyers onboard....

They were obtained with a search warrant and turned over by the court after a review process it did to ensure no violation of ACP.

There is no attorney client privilege if there is probable cause the attorney is a co-conspirator.

Crime and fraud exceptions to the privilege are almost universal. They're easy when the conduct is easy, but buying peace and discretion isn't a crime or fraud.

I just can't imagine a lawyer taping his own client and hanging onto those tapes, regardless.
