Why do I support Israel? While it's far more complicated I can simply state because they are not a threat to me, my family or our way of life. I was on a plane when 9/11 took place and it literally could have been my wife and I that were on one of those planes. It wasn't Jews who hijacked the planes to destroy the twin towers and kill over 3000 people, it was radical Muslims intent on killing Americans. Add in my years of exposure to people from some of these countries, who are not radical, hearing about their upbringing, hearing about their life and listening to what they have to say, radical Muslims are a threat to anyone in the western world.

There is little to no doubt in my mind the overwhelming majority of Palestinians hate the Jewish people. The reasons why is irrelevant just as it was with us during WWII with the Japanese and the Germans. After October 7th Israel made the decision to no longer tolerate attacks against it's country from radical Muslims, went to war over it and we see the results. Yes the results of the war are tragic but that is what war is. One side beats the ever loving shit out of the other until they decide to accept when, what and how they allowed to survive. WWII didn't end until the Axis powers agreed to unconditional surrender. Worked out well for both Japan and Germany. How it would work out for the Palestinians depends on if they want to coexist with the Jews or they want to continue to fight. Their choice.

Have several friends and acquaintances I would have never guessed were Jewish until it came up in conversation. I don't have any problem with anyone provided they treat me in the same manner I treat them.
