A - anybody going to this tourney, I am and hope to see you there.

B - anybody know what weights our kids are going at, I don't have a clue.

C - Can't wait for this year, We are going to be fun to watch

Do you happen to know when the finals typically happen?
 
we are going, looks like it starts at 9, hopefully should be fun for our guys. Never been before, so if anyone knows how many mats, etc. could you post?
 
I have been to this for the last five years but cannot make it this year. Some years several but not all starters competed and some years very few starters competed.

B: no one knows, not even J Smith
C: i don't understand is there a question here?

Any chance that Plott competes here? Similar to what Gable did last year? He has already beaten highly touted college guys (Romero) although that was freestyle.
 
wrestle stat has joe smith listed at 184... don't know if that's a best guess or what. the fact that Smith wrestled at 174 in the all star seems to point to him being there, yet rogers is registered at 174 for tomorrow... interesting.. it looks like everyone besides the guys that wrestled at the all star are going to be there, should be fun to watch..
 
Also, Geer is at 184 so he should at least be in the mix for a starting spot. I thought maybe he was having a hard time holding 184.

Montalvo lost to Heath Gray a former Oklahoma State Champ who wrestles for Central Oklahoma. Not a good start. Whitlake has won twice easily. Just saw where Montalvo won his first consolation match by pin in 23 seconds

I did not see where anyone from the Cowboys was there. I looked for Shomers but did not see his name. Now Oklahoma did send their top wrestlers to Michigan State therefore the OCU tournament open division was very weak.

Shomers was pre registered and listed last night, not in the brackets today.
