Employee plans. Was up in Washington when it happened. Was also denied disability by the state.

Man, all laughs aside, your credit is probably shot.
Why not strategically declare bankruptcy (that's what the laws are for) and rebuild from the beginning? Even with a BK on your bureau, you could likely get into the 700s within 12-18 months.
Healthcare providers are going broke, which forces them into employed healthcare environments, which reduce their incentives to be great, which ultimately hurts the quality of healthcare.

Delayed a decision on Keystone pipeline for 8 years before denying it.
Put millions of acres off limits to oil exploration.
Tried to get US Fish & Wildlife to thwart oil exploration in Texas and NM over a lizard.
Imposed drilling moratorium in Gulf for an extended period of time then ignored court orders to lift it.
Increased the regulations, paperwork and time required to secure drilling permits.
Increased regulations on processing of O&G.
Now trying to take credit for increased output in states like TX, ND, PA, OH, LA, NM, CO and others when that output was solely approved through state initiatives while being thwarted at the federal level.

Whoa. So you're saying that most of the production increases have come from areas that aren't under federal control? There's no way Obama would take credit for something completely unrelated to him.
