Need some quidance. A family member of mine recently lost her biological dad who has some land/property in Osage County, believe the city is Shiatook, OK. Unfortunately, no will and/or beneficiary was listed.
She was able to contact a Law Firm who advised his firm would charge between $3k to $6k, to, I believe, begin the probate process. She is the next to kin, so, is the proposed cost in line for such a process. Looking at about 20 acres or so.
