With summer upon us and no college sports (after the CWS finishes) until the first college football game this fall, here’s a non-sports topic that will make you think.
I’m sure most of you have heard of the legend of Led Zeppelin’s song Stairway to Heaven and how, when played backwards, it appears to have satanic messages. Here’s a link to the clip for those who may never heard it.
Some say that you hear the lines: “Here’s to my sweet Satan,” and “he will give you 6, 6, 6” among others.
My question is this: Who discovered this, and how did they discover this?
I still remember talking about this back in the ‘80s with buddies of mine in my fraternity and remembering not just me, but those fraternity brothers also in on the conversation, getting chills or the heebie-jeebies talking about this. @Marshal Jim Duncan might remember this.
What say you? It gives me chills typing this and posting the link.
