NatGeo+ (also on Hulu) has a very good series on the events. I found it very fascinating how the Pacific Ocean (and the U.S. in Hawaii) monitors all of this but no one in the Indian Ocean monitored anything. Hawaii had to alert the Indian Ocean countries, I mean how many people could have been saved with an alert system. Over 1,000 people died on a train in Sri Lanka.
