and was already short on depth prior to the season, think Patterson wishes he had an offense that could both score and control some clock? Getting that D on the field constantly is going to be bad news for TCU. Even if TCU wins a bunch of games, if they have to outscore everyone 60-57 to win games, no one will take them seriously and our league will get trashed. Teams that are more balanced and winning in other than Xbox fashion will get voted in to the play-off.

If TCU has truly lost 5 starters for the season, I think their season is trashed. No way a defense that is that short handed and young will withstand playing 90 plays a game in conference games, and their offense will force them to do that. They will see more injuries on D, and they are going to wear down, by the time TCU comes to Stillwater they might be our easiest game in November.
