I don't expect them to give up their nukes totally. In the history of the world, exactly ONE nation has done so. However, if we can achieve getting them to play by international rules and minimize testing and further rocket development, as well as limit the sharing of their nuclear capabilities with other terrible regimes, then it will be a massive WIN for the US and the world.
