This is EXACTLY right. I had many arguments with friends, mainly republicans, who did believe that Trump would win.
My argument was that social media would be the champion of this election, being able to circumvent all the nonsense that had been the main problem with the media for years...
I remember skits from different comedy routines in the 80s that would make fun of the Soviet Union's apparently state censored media...not allowing past any and all news items that would would paint the political establishment in a bad light.
It certainly felt like social media was able to get things out there...and I think that was one aspect of this election that the piece of shit bitch didn't take into account...that, and the fact that we are all so damn sick of the leftist f*^#ing nonsense.
