Not sure what is going on in his head. For in the last 3 or 4 games. He has been settling for 15 foot jumpers on almost every shot. Prior to that, he was almost always isolating 1 -2 defenders and driving to the hoop. This team is loaded with guys who are happy to take jump shots. What it lacks is guys who will take the ball into the lane. When Nash was out, and Ford went with 2 bigs, we got some easy interior points due to OU not defending the lane. If the opponent doesn't need to keep a defender at home down low, our shooters are never going to get open looks. Nash has got to put the right kind of pressure on the defense, when he plays, if we are going to have any chance at success. Since Hammonds is a perimeter player, Ford needs to go 2 bigs when Nash sits. If Ford can't recognize this, then the great Dickey needs to pick up on it and point it out to him.
