My Personal Opinion

There has to be a crime for there to be impeachment and Donald Trump has not committed one as president.

You might make the case that all this go after The Trump stuff is about keeping people from finding out the truth about her and the last admin.

And you also might can make the case that men never walked on the moon. Doesn't mean it has anything to do with reality.

Historically speaking and even constitutionally speaking, all it takes for there to be an impeachment is a majority of votes in the House for it.

"High crimes and misdemeanors" doesn't mean an act prohibit by statute whereby criminal penalties attach. It means something very different.

25th Amendment is an interesting alternative. If a simple majority of the cabinet deems him unfit, they recommend removal of power to the Senate. Senate then needs 2/3 vote to remove. No crimes necessary, just requires essentially a coup.

Defeating spoiled rotten babies who can't deal with reality or accept the results of a democratically held election is not a high crime or a misdemeanor.

Except members of the cabinet serve largely at the discretion of the President subject to Senate advise and consent.

There is also the the problem that he can reassume office by sending a letter to the heads of both Hoises of Congress and then it takes a 2/3 vote of BOTH houses to find him unfit.
